We took a trip to Disney Magic Kingdom in April 2021. Before then Lilli had no idea who Ariel The Little Mermaid or Buzz Light Year were until she rode both of those rides. She became completely obsessed with those two Disney Characters.  When we asked her what kind of birthday party she wanted, she happily answered "I want Ariel Mermaid and Buzz Light Year party!"

Lilli had been talking about going back to the beach ever since we ventured the MS Gulf Coast last fall. Just as soon as the opportunity presented itself and our schedules allowed, we took our first family road trip to Florida's east coast. Among all of our stops, Playalinda Beach was the most serene and pristine. Read more how this isolated beach became the family favorite.

Six years ago, Ryan and I met here in Jackson, spending time together in the city doing all the many things living here has to offer. We dated here.  We fell in love here.  We started a family here.  This city has so much to offer couples that is "off the radar," i.e. cozy cafes, romantic exhibits, soulful entertainment.  Jackson is a soulful city, and I hope this blog will serve as a reference for those seeking to discover new experiences in good company of your loved one when visiting Jackson, MS!

With Covid19 still prevalent, we decided to have a not your ordinary 'drive by' Baby Shower. Considering the unknown guest count as you would know for a typical shower, it turned out to be a success! 

Oh Baby, perfectly describes my 2nd pregnancy. Its different from my 1st in so many ways. In this post, I want to share some of them with you! 

We planned. We prayed. Our prayers were answered. We are highly blessed and excited for our newest bundle of joy!
